We Don't Charge You Any Legal Fees Unless You Win.

At Washington, Lloyd & Henderson, we understand that most people simply can't afford high legal fees. Therefore, our lawyers work on contingency basis. This means we don't charge you any legal fees unless you receive money first. In the beginning of our relationship we sign a contract with you. When you receive your money, we'll then subtract our legal fees from it.

Basically you'd only be responsible to pay for case expenses like court costs, etc.

What happens if you don't win your case?
In most cases, our clients receive a fair compensation, but if you don't win, you don't owe us anything.
