G. Sean Lloyd

G. Sean Lloyd graduated from Morgan State University in 1991 with a Bachelors of Art degree in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, and from The University of Illinois School of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1994. 

He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1994 and was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2002. Upon graduation, he was accepted to the United States Judge Advocate General Corp where he, from 1995 – 2001, provided legal services to the US Army as: Prosecuting Attorney, Fort Gordon, GA; Legal Assistance Attorney, Fort Gordon, GA; Labor Counselor, Oakland Army Base, CA; Chief Prosecutor, Fort Buchanan, PR; and Special Assistant to the United States Attorney, Southern District of Georgia & District of Puerto Rico. Sean currently serves as a judge pro-tem for the Birmingham Municipal Court.

He currently is a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General's Corps where he serves as a Criminal Defense Attorney.  In 2001, Sean co-founded Washington, Lloyd & Henderson, PC, and has since concentrated on plaintiff's personal injury, workers' compensation, social security, labor representation, wills & estates, civil rights, and criminal law.
